How long does it take to receive an order?
We’re excited to create something special just for you! 🎉 Since all Piper Lou orders are custom-made and printed on demand, each item is carefully crafted with attention to detail—no mass production here!
Most orders ship within 7-14 business days, but times may vary by product, so be sure to check the item description for the most accurate estimate. We do keep some of our top sellers in stock for faster shipping! Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
We know how important your order is, and we’re working hard to get it to you as quickly as possible! Our team has expanded, and we’re constantly improving production to speed things up. What is the status of my order?
After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our website. You can also find a "My Account" link in the footer on mobile.
From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to go out the door and be shipped to you.
How do Returns/Exchanges work?

Can I Use a Discount on VIP Specials?
No unfortunately. VIP Specials are already discounted as low as we can discount them. Your code will only work on regular priced items.

Can I return Clearance or Final Sale items?
No refunds or credits will be issued for clearance items, Box of Awesome, accessories (such as lids, straw packs, etc.) or donation items (products marked as supporting charitable causes), as these are final sale.

Can I Exchange Tumblers I bought on a Deal Day?
Items purchased during promotions such as Buy 1, Get 2 – or Buy 1, Get 3 are subject to adjusted refunds. The refund amount will be determined on the number of items being returned to Piper Lou. If you wish you receive a 100% refund, you must return the entire order.
