Thirsty Thursday - Forget It's Fucking Winter

This little treat does require a little prep time but it's "healthy' prep so it's ok! Grab some blueberries and vodka and get to soaking! After soaking for a bit. . .I'm not sure how long, a couple hours, over night. . .whatever your patience can handle, blend your berries into a smoothie. Yes, a vodka smoothie. . .cause that's the way we roll here!

For the Drink:

  • 1 shot vodka
  • 1 shot lemoncello
  • pour in some of your blueberry/vodka smoothie and some fresh lemon juice if you are feeling fancy. Top off with ginger ale and mix. I think this could be really good with some fresh mint too. . .but I didn't have any on hand . . . so if you try it, let me know!
